Contact Alphawin Support 📞
Alphawin is operated by ALPHABET GAMING EOOD, and support requests are handled through the channels inside your account area on Alphawin. Before writing, have your account details and, for payment issues, the method used (Visa, Mastercard, ePay.bg, EasyPay or Cashterminal) ready.
Contact methods
The channels we can describe are live chat and the on-site contact form, both reached from the site once you are logged in or on the help area. The operator does not publish a support email address or a phone number that we can verify, so none is listed here. Treat any email or number claiming to be Alphawin support, found outside the site itself, with caution.
What to include in a message
- Your registered username and the email on the account.
- The date, amount and method of any deposit or withdrawal in question. The account minimum deposit is £4.
- Screenshots of any error message.
- For the iPhone app (17.2 MB, App Store only), your iOS version and the exact point where it failed. There is no Android app, so Android users contact support about the mobile site.
Response times
Alphawin does not publish guaranteed response times for live chat or the contact form. Live chat is the route to try first for urgent account or payment questions, as a written form submission gives you a record of what was sent.
Licence and regulator information
Alphawin lists the State Gambling Commission of Bulgaria as its licensing authority. The brand holds no licence valid for the United Kingdom market, so it is not covered by UK Gambling Commission oversight, and UK dispute bodies cannot be assumed to handle complaints about it. Check the licence details on the Bulgarian regulator's public register yourself before depositing.
Connections to the site use SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption. Players must be 18+.
If gambling stops being fun
Set deposit limits and take regular breaks; GamCare offers free support to UK players who feel their play is getting out of hand.
